Everyone has favourite colour for themselves.People's favourite colour is somewhat depends upon the character. When we think vice versa their mood depends the colour. Normally  the man easily gets attracted by girl wearing a red coloured dress. Let's see an another example, girls mostly prefer the pink and don't like dark colours such as black brown. And green colour makes us feel environmentally pleasant. Likewise, each colour represents something.

Colour psychology is widely used in marketing. Many marketers see colour as an important part of marketing. Colour can be used to influence the consumers perception and emotions. Companies decide the colour of their company logo which is attractive and notable. Companies such as facebook, LinkedIn and many more are based on this psychology. Blue and green can be seen in the environmental articles.

The colors preference may depend in ambient temperature. For example, people who are cold prefer warm colours such as red and yellow, whereas the hot people prefer cool colours such as blue and green. Blue is the top choice for 35% americans followed by green (16%),purple (10%),and red (9%).And other studies says that background colour has strong influence in colour preference. Light and colour of the object can affect how one perceives the positioning.

Colour of objects may affect whether or not it seems to be in motion. Since it is used in marketing, the marketers must be aware of applications of different colours. Another fact is that the customers make an initial judgment on product within 90 seconds of interaction with that product about 62% to 90% of that judgment is based on colour.
