What causes fear

Even after getting into the accident and after getting back into the life of the victim,one can not forget that one.There will be a small fear inside.This is called trawma.For some people,there will be a fear something from childhood.It remains same even though they’re grown up.This is called phobia.

Before that lets talk about where it comes from.we all Know that fear feds like.Every body will definitely have some fear.Our heart beats faster,palms start to sweat,legs begin shiver.when we face the danger or threat,a singnal is sent to be  the walnut sized part in our fore brain called amygdla,which is responsible for the negative emotions and preparing the body to fight or hight.So,we found where the phobia is from.there is a chemical substance called cannabinoid which destroys the phobia.It is derived from cannabin,which is formed in cannabis a drug.The cannabinoid is also found in our brain.The fear depends on the secregation of the cannabinoid.       

                    Scientist researched this elements and tested on a rat.The cannabinoid reporter is rat removed from the rats genone,the fear remains same but in case of the insertion of the cannbiniod into the rats brain results different.The rat was not feard.Using these results,the cannabinoid stimulates were found.        

                     

                       There cannabinoid receptor are common in animals,and have been fond in mammals.At present there are 2 cannabinoid receptor,turn CB1 and CB2.

CB1=> CB1 receptor are found primarily in the brain,limbic system,including hippocampacy. They are also found in cerebellum and in both male and female reproductive systems.They are not found in medulla oblongata.                  

CB2=> CB2 receptor are found in immune system,with great density in the spleen.These receptor play role in relief of pain or antinoaception.They are also expand on peripheral nervous system.
