Dream with me


                  Sleep is essential for for essential for for every living beings. It is common for every mammals. Sleep is a state at which the whole body attains rest, without any work. Our brain works all works all the day. But what happens to eat when we sleep? Whether it takes rest rest takes rest rest? No. 

                 Our brain works more when we sleep than we are awake. It's the reason reason which makes us dream. There are two classification in sleep classification in sleep REM(Rapid Eye Movement) and NREM(Non Rapid Eye Movement). It is very important to get deep sleep. The deep sleep occurs at at NREM. We dream both both in NREM and REM. The dream in NREM is concept based on dream in REM is emotional based. Is dreaming good? Can you remember dreams? Obviously not. Sometimes you may remember but not the whole dream. In other words you cannot remember where the dream starts. 

                  A research says that there is a possibility to remember the past life events through our dreams. It is one of the way to increase our thinking capacity. Do you know? Einstein sleeps 8 to 10 hours per day. This makes him stay creatively.
